Every New Year we approach our resolutions with excitement — and dread. We’re initially committed to accomplishing our goals, only to see our desire eventually wane. Why is that?
When negativity drives our resolutions, it reinforces the “I’m not good enough” myth. We want to change what we don’t like, flooding our thoughts with hurtful beliefs based on societal expectations, unaware of the damage we’re inflicting.
No Wonder We Fail!
Learning to approach our Whole Being with heart creates compassion. Learning to desire growth with gentle acceptance replaces hurtful paradigms. True growth, based on honesty and wholeness, is now possible.
Please join us as we explore, question, and reshape our resolutions. Mindfulness, creativity, and dyads will help facilitate this process.
